NEW THIS YEAR:
Each registrant will receive a QR code to ease with check-in on Wednesday at the registration table. Please have your QR code handy when you arrive.
This year's conference will use the Grupio app to distribute the agenda, exhibitor list, and other important information. Instructions will be sent out before the conference to explain how to use this technology, and LSPS staff and volunteers will be available to assist on-site if needed.
Golf Scramble will be on Wednesday, April 9th - Shawn Macmenamin will coordinate, 225-278-8227
Registration at 9:30 | Tee off at 11:00 | Lunch provided on the course during play
Booth Space Rental: 10'x10' space containing one table & two chairs, electrical, pipe & drape, and complimentary sign.
Each exhibitor is allowed 2 booth representatives** and will receive admission to:
Exhibitor Meet & Greet (Wednesday)
Breakfast (Wednesday & Thursday)
Lunch (Thursday & Friday)
Surveyor Party (Thursday evening)
Exhibitors will also be displayed on advertising emails, the LSPS website, and the (new this year) conference app.
Exhibitor Meet & Greet: The Exhibitor reception will be held Wednesday, April 9th, 6:30-8:30 PM
Additional exhibit viewing time will be scheduled on Thursday and Friday, throughout the day

Golf Tournament: The LSPS Golf Tournament will be held Wednesday, April 9th. The tournament fee is $150 per person and includes lunch. The tournament will be held at Golden Nugget Golf Course. Tee-off will be at 11:00 AM and lunch will be provided on the course during play.
